War on Terrorism, Civil Liberties, and the Constitution (video)

You may have noticed the banner for the Civil Liberties College Tour the on the top of Antiwar.com’s home page recently.

Young Americans for Liberty and the Future of Freedom Foundation are concluding this tour tomorrow at Ohio State University. The speakers are Glenn Greenwald, Jacob Hornberger, Bruce Fein, and Jack Hunter.

    ps. I was just thinking….what if a group of terrorists wore uniforms? Would that mean that they are not "enemy combatants" and therefore must be treated in accordance with the Geneva Conv?
