Eric Umansky from Mother Jones discusses his new article “The Department of Pre-Crime,” the so-called Miami 7 plot to blow up the Sears Tower, the bogus case against Jose Padilla, the Lackawanna 6 and the new laws that make it possible for the state to convict people in these dubious cases.
