Your program is quite interesting, but that music with which you start the show is rather awful. You are a very well informed fellow Scott Horton and the introductory music to you show should attest to that.

Scott, you and Jon Eisenberg were correct to speculate about the portion of Jon's brain that holds knowledge about these "secret" documents. As Joanne Mariner explained last year at the fff.org conference, some of the victims of U.S. torture continue to be held as prisoners -- even though innocent of any of the trumped up wrongdoing of which they've been accused -- because their bodies and minds have recorded the kind of torture (which is secret) that has been inflicted upon them. These torture practices are considered secret methods and are much like the information held in Jon's brain. So what does this mean? Will Jon soon be "detained" because of what he knows? Or will a lobotomy suffice? And by the way, is that what happened to Dubya, or am I just mean-spirited?

Scott, you and Jon Eisenberg were correct to speculate about the portion of Jon's brain that holds knowledge about these :secret" documents. As Joanne Mariner explained last year at the fff.org conference, some of the victims of U.S. torture continue to be held as prisoners -- even though innocent of any of the trumped up wrongdoing of which they've been approved -- because their bodies and minds have recorded the kind of torture (which is secret) that has been inflicted upon them. These torture practices are considered secret methods and are much like the information held in Jon's brain. So what does this mean? Will Jon soon be "detained" because of what he knows? Or will a lobotomy suffice? And by the way, is that what happened to Dubya, or am I just mean-spirited?

How sad is it that we are all shocked when the judicial branch actually does it job.
