Robert Stevens (died October 5, 2001) was a photo editor for the Florida based tabloid, Sun, employed by American Media Inc. He was the first fatality linked to the 2001 anthrax attacks in the United States. He died of pulmonary anthrax after inhaling anthrax spores from a letter that is believed to have arrived at the American Media offices in Boca Raton, Florida. He was 63 years old.

Harris says she was shocked to read in the New York Times last September about biodefense research programs that she herself had not known about, although she had served for eight years in the White House as the point person for weapons of mass destruction nonproliferation issues.

The FBI’s Keystone Kops performance–in this, as in other cases–is a disgrace.

I agree with you Robin, that Bruce Ivins has been set up as a fall guy in all this mess. Based on what the FBI has trotted out so far, I, if I was a sitting jury member with Ivins on trial, would not have convicted him for spitting on the sidewalk. This case is not only pathetic, but indicative of what the Bush Administration has done during its tenure. There is no such thing as “the Bill of Rights, the rule of law, or due process when it comes to the Bush clan and all of its minions.

Darryl, I do not rule out the possibility that the CIA and/or Mossad could be involved, we can’t say for sure without solid evidence of some sort that can be examined out in the open. But it would not surprise me in the least having those two gestapo arms of gov’t involved.
