		<description>I think I remember something about the N. Koreans from the acticle Mr. S Hersh of New Yorker. He thougth the NK people were just construction workers. And it is not entirely impossible given the dire economic situation of the country. Maybe someone created the &#039;transfer of nuclear techniques&#039; story out of that. But may I remind you that the nuclear detonation experiment that the NK people did some time ago was technically a failure. the bomb did not show the power it was supposed to. So if I were a Iranian official in charge of buying (let&#039;s just assume that for the argument&#039;s sake) nuclear bomb technology, NK would not be by place of choice.</description>
