President Obama said that Iran should be barred from importing gasoline. That´s a Declaration of War, the same as HR 362 and SR 580 which were shelved for now. Does Obama really want to go back to 1932 for no reason at all. There´s ZERO evidence that Iran is pursuing a nuclear weapons program.

Its funny the Orwell comparison especially if one takes the case of the FRG and the GDR into account. While Orwell’s nightmare scenario was being used in the west to demonize the east the west was being severely propagandized by the victorious allies.

I wonder if Mr. Folk could tell me if in his opinion the fallout of the Iran-Contra affair framed the behaviour of Saddam post Iran/Iraq?

Soon we won’t even have the mindless soldiers who might mistakenly question their orders. The computers will do the killing directly.

Claus-Erik,
I hate to write this, but you are annoying. Even when I agree with your position, as with Iran, your insistence on being a broken record achieves nothing. Writing the same thing over and over again persuades no one. Please stop it.
