Mr. Dreyfuss said something to the effect that the Obama administration represented a major shift in foreign policy. I'm not sure what planet he's living on. It's certainly not Earth. One would have to be a Kool-aid drinking Democrat to publicly utter such nonsense, which I guess describes his situation.

Simply put, nothing substantive is changing in foreign policy, domestic policy or monetary policy. If anything, he's simply doing more of what Bush started.

Want a major policy shift? How about dismantling the empire? Bring the troops home. Eliminate foreign aid. Stop funding the IMF, the World Bank, and the UN. Kick Bernanke and his band of banker thieves out of the Fed, too.

How about minding our own damn business for once! And while we're at it, Obama could tell a few hundred thousand parasites in Washington that they're going to have to get real jobs doing something productive for the first time in their lives.

A guy can dream, right?

"we cannot afford to ignore Iraq" rephrase that: "we cannot AFFORD Iraq..."

We went there primarily to secure access to their Oil and we will stay for the same reason even though it will eventually bankrupt the American economy...

America is destroying itself from both without and within and the primary vehicles are greed and paranoia. Israel destroys Gaza and the US looks the other way, now Clinton is pledging $Billions to "rebuild" it... It is all a game that US is destined to lose.
