Fein is a bloody joke. He makes a killing out of voicing his opinions for various groups.

Bruce Fein believes in (gasp!) the rule of law. He believes that (shudder!) it applies to the ruling political hacks, as well as to Joe Sixpack.
He believes that (tremble!) President Obama The Divine should be impeached if the latter doesn't faithfully execute the law.

They just don't make lawyers like Fein and Glenn Greenwald anymore.

Thanks Scott, I do enjoy hearing Bruce Fein, an honorable man of principle and fine lawyer and patriot. You might also consider inviting attorney Francis A. Boyle onto your show. He is every bit as astute, honorable and patriotic. In fact he is brilliant! He would have no problem stating that Bush, Cheney, et. al. are most certainly deserve to be tried for murder, torture and a host of other crimes. A facsinating and distinguished attorney, law professor and political scientist. His book of radio interviews is worth picking up: "Tackling America's Toughest Questions" published by Clarity Press, Inc. in 2009.

Very good interview and the only issue I have is where Bruce states this is the first time that we have entered a state of perpetual warfare in regard to the so called war on terror. The war on drugs has done arguably as much or more damage, but Bruce's association with the American Enterprise Institute and other conservative associations may prevent him from admitting that publicly.
