Doh! He was just explaining about why China does not want Iran in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. And Scott interrupted him with the chinese turk-thing.

Very very unfortunate, I really wanted to hear why china does not want Iran in the SCO

No shit. Where in the book does it say that?

I am pretty sure that like Escobar this fellow hasn't read Brzezinski's book. Escobar hasn't offered a single original insight in 10 years. He visits Juan Cole's blog and passes everything he reads with approrpiately embellished conspiratorial overtones to a generally passive audience who want some kind of a grand conspiracy in order to absolve themsleves from the responsibility of changing things. The Iraq war had nothing to do with oil, just as Afghanistan had nothing to do with it.

Iraq was a distraction with 9/11 being pulled of by a foreign intelligence in the Middle East and there kinsman in the US for policy long advocated before 9/11 to secure there realm.

Network to fight Russia established by the CIA/MI6/BND/Turkey was created in the Balkans as a training and transfer route of organised crime and militants trafficking route to fight in Chechnya.

The 9/11 hijackers themselves were recruited to fight in Chechnya.

I would speculate that US sponsorship of Uighur terrorism is to cut of oil and gas route from Kazakhstan forcing China to find resource in Siberia with Chinese immigration there forcing a confrontation with Russia.
A classic Brezinski divide and conquer strategy.

He states that his goal in the book is to divide Russia into three separate states like Yugoslavia. The former Yugoslavia was the test ground and model for what they have prepared against Russia

Read Zbignew Brezinski's Grand Chessboard to know what US policy towards Russia and Central Asia is about and his organisations/government positions he and his family clan operate and this whole war on terror hoax its clear they are training Islamic militants as mercenaries to fight Russia and Russian influence in Central Asia.
