Israeli Defense Forces do not move one step without U.S. permission and only will maintain this policy of assasinating Palestinians with express approval from it's sponsor, Washington DC. Israel continues to break international law and will continue to do so as long as the United States continues to veto and or ignore UN resolutions and defy the International Criminal Court .

I don't think Israel cares about obtaining permission from anyone. There is a big superiority complex in that country. Many religions (and other groups suffer from this) I am talking about a "chosen people" mental illness.
