  1. Do they ignore nuclear winter in the Pentagon ? The late Brigadier Harbottle called them "bloody fools" in the Pentagon because they didn´t believe in the nuclear winter report. But is this still the case. The warhead on MX was designed – among other things -to minimize nuclear winter effects – like the D5 warhead on Trident-2 – WHY WAS THE WARHEAD FROM MX PUT ON MINUTEMAN-3 ?
What kind of warhead will be installed on the new missiles in Bulgaria, Poland and Romania ???
Maybe earth-penetrating warheads to minimize nuclear winter effects. We´re talking hard targets only, no cities. The only possible answer is Launch On Warning. For that reason the Great Chief Trident missile engineer Bob Aldridge -www.plrc.org-resigned. "Whether they are on ships or land, they are still a necessary component for an unanswerable first strike".

  2. Please leave this planet at once!this is earth, the home of humans who do not find it amusing to have killers ,perverts and power hungry lunatics amongst us……
jew or not jew ,if one can not see that weapons are a bad thing, that war is a bad thing, and human life like all life should be respected ,then this beign is far from human and needs to find a new home on another galaxy ,so they can play their games and kill each other…..
and please noone respond to me because i am square headed on this,if you kill ,then we are far apart and i do not care to approach your side…..if you want to stop the madness and speak like human then maybe we communicate.in the meatime ,either stop the army killing people ,or press to stop nuclaer weapons everywhere…..whoever has them ,on the same spaceship and off to the other galaxy.now.

  3. Piss on the Emergency Committee for Israel, that propaganda operation.

No doubt the Israel-Firsters are bustin' their warmongering asses to get that 2007 NIE revised to their liking.

  4. Am sure neo-cons will argue that nuclear winter will counter global warming. brilliant.

  5. Obama is never at fault for anything. That propaganda continues to work like a charm.

  6. To believe that the Neo Cons think that 'the situation is getting away from them', you have to believe that Obama is working towards peace. But the exact opposite is true. So it's a delusion, at best, to spread that interpretation. Obama has taken virtually not one step towards peace in a year and a half, beyond saying the word "engagement". It's easy to blame everything on the 'pro-Israel lobby', but that requires ignoring the Obama Regime's clear LEADERSHIP in belligerent confrontation towards Iran and complicity with the 'pro-Israel lobby'.

  7. It's one thing to sound the alarm about the Neo Con push for war. I could understand and highly respect that. But what I see coming from virtually every alternapundit, or as I would say, virtually every coopted alternapundit, is an opportunistic attempt to use the Neo Con push for war as cover for the Obama Regime. This is the same good cop bad cop routine we see on issue after issue. And it's completely ludicrous at this point. So-called experts mouth phrases like 'Obama's engagement policy' as if they mean something, like it just doesn't matter that he has done virtually nothing to actually engage, and in fact has maintained and increased Bush's belligerence towards Iran. They tell us that Obama is 'waiting for sanctions to work', even though it's clear that the only 'work' the sanctions are meant to do is to soften Iran up for war, prepare the international community to accept the isolation of Iran and the coming war, while providing triggers for war. The Neo Con push for war is clearly parallel to Obama's push for war. It gives Obama and his apologists the chance to tell progressives, etc., 'see, you need me to stave off those crazy wingnuts', even as he himself pursues a blatant war policy. And to say that Israel knows it won't get backup from the US if it attacks Iran is just ludicrous. Obama can't stand up to Netanyahu over the choice between crumpets or scones for tea, and he's going to stand up to the Israeli PM when missiles are flying? No, that's just laughable. It's blatant propaganda and that's all it is, and it's ultimate point, in my opinion, is quite clearly to keep the antiwar movement off the Obama Regime's back.

Hell, why not just give Obama the next ten Nobel Peace prizes right now, for escalating global conflict? The whole 'public debate' has become such a complete and total farce that they might as well, and incredibly, it's as farcical on the internet as it is anywhere else, just a bit more devious.

  8. What % if Afghan imports come through Iran? In particular what % of food and fuel.

  9. Here, here! Like I've been saying to my friends, Obama's victory was the worst thing that could have happened to the peace movement because while Bush was in office a huge majority of Americans were against the occupations, but once Obama was elected most of the Left decided, "Hey, let's give him a chance." It comes down to a very simple principle: most Americans unfortunately are not concerned with principles but with defending their team. If you're against war, you should be against war if it's Bush or Obama, because no matter who wages it, it's still war.

  10. The zionists are gearing up for a confrontation around the time for relelection in USA. This so the war effort can dominate the campaigns.

  11. I second that. You're absolutely correct.
