Gareth Porter, independent historian and journalist for IPS News, discusses the eight indicators of fraud in the Iran nuclear “alleged studies” documents; the smear campaign against IAEA Director General Mohamed ElBaradei for daring to question their authenticity; how the (probably Mossad created) documents form the foundation of US allegations that Iran has, or had, a nuclear weapons program; Iran’s objection to IAEA demands for secret military information; and the unexpected developments in Iran’s missile program that exposed one of the documents as a forgery.

  1. Thanks to Gareth for putting flesh on the creature we knew was stalking our deliberations…… All the death, all the deceptions….all the roads actually seem to lead to Rome…….ahhhh.. well not really Rome.. As in other places and times, the most unscrupulous people seem to have taken charge of the functions of government and directed them against those they perceive their adversaries in dangerous, monstrous and deceptive ways. The abused becoming the abusers using the very tools of propaganda and deception once employed to decimate them. Nothing new under the sun..

As we are transfixed by the seemly unprecedented events sweeping vast areas of the globe, there is a common thread….to much if not all of this yearning and struggle! It is the very thing which is anathema to external control and manipulation…. it is the yearning to have governance arranged for the benefit of the people there, not arms suppliers or foreign interests! Thank you for your vigil.

  2. Is the Israelis are not members of the IAEA, why do they have an ambassador to it?

  3. Thanks Gareth again. If the war with Iran doesn't materialize the the future historians will definitely include you in the list of those who were instrumental in stopping another barbarous war. In my view this is quite something. With your expertise and intelligence you could have amassed millions if you had joined the war party. Hats off for your honesty and integrity….and for Scott too who invites you and others like you to his show..

  4. Yeah, and Israel isn't a party to the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, either.
