Did anyone tell Bibi that both House of Congress do not represent the public but are paid employees of AIPAC. Netanyahu doesn't respect Obama because he knows Obama is subservient to him. Obama lives in a country where criticism of Israel is an impeachable offense. It is Obama who has no power and must obey Israel in regards to their colonialism. Goldberg must realize that Netanyahu can say whatever he wishes to Obama. If Obama stood up against Israel he would be a pariah and would certainly lose re-election. Obama runs his mouth about many things but then backtracks to the positions of the elite time and time again. There is nothing for Goldberg to fear except for countries that are not under Israel's control.

Change the wording of Obama's speech and you have the exact speech Netanyahu gave to the Isreali parliament one week ago which outlined his plan to be presented to the US (AIPAC) congress. Now comes the pretended objections from Isreal, followed by a reluctant and equelly faked submission to Obama, to be followed by Isreal's "since we gave so much, what do we get in return…$$$$?"
President Obama has called for an independent, CONTIGUOUS¬, Palestinian state. That means all illegal settlements in the occupied territories must be vacated and their occupants returned to Israel. Furthermore, provision should be made for a rail link between the West Bank and Gaza that although running through Israel would be under the sole control of the new Palestinian government. Contiguous means contiguous.
Obama, as elected president, speaks for 308 million Americans whilst Netanyahu speaks for less than 7 million. AIPAC, of course, the non-elected pressure group acting on behalf of a foreign power, speaks for less than 0.03% of the US electorate.
Linking Palestine with Gaza should not be a particularly difficult issue, since we already have a perfect example to model it after- the corridor linking West Germany with Berlin back in the day. Israeli traffic can be routed by over or under passes, or a combination of those for each part. In any case, it will still be vital to build adequate port facilities in Gaza to handle international shipping, and airfields capable of handling the vast amounts of materials that will be needed to build the new nation basically from the ground up. If I were the budding Palestinian state, I would probably seek contracts with both Israeli and Arab companies, but always have a supplier in reserve if Israel decides to play games with deliveries.

Here, Iran and Iraq are example of what kind of ”democracy” that Obama is talking about.., or for that matter Bahrain and other royal tyrants family which Hillary Clinton, Susan Rice, Power and Obama is protecting., the brutality, murdering and displacing Sunnis or Shiites’ or Christianity is a daily happening in Iraq, the brutal Saudis or Bahraini or Iranian regime killing of its people, Israel militarism regime hand in hand with its religious fundamentalisms killings of Palestinians.., the non existing freedom of speech, the non existing rights of women and or political parties.., and whatever is there is only based on religious framed laws; therefore the notion that there will be a peace and democracy later in time is ridicules by itself.
