White Supremacists Infiltrating US Military

In the wake of the Sikh temple massacre by a US Army soldier earlier this month, news that warrior racists are infiltrating America’s armed forces:

They call it ‘rahowa’ – short for racial holy war – and they are preparing for it by joining the ranks of the world’s fiercest fighting machine, the U.S. military.

White supremacists, neo-Nazis and skinhead groups encourage followers to enlist in the Army and Marine Corps to acquire the skills to overthrow what some call the ZOG – the Zionist Occupation Government. Get in, get trained and get out to brace for the coming race war.

…A 2008 report commissioned by the Justice Department found half of all right-wing extremists in the United States had military experience.

This should at least slightly alter America’s collective ideology of soldier worship. While the populace fiercely retains notions that US soldiers are fundamentally good, deserve automatic praise and sympathy, and are fighting for liberty and democracy – the reality appears much different.

Instead of joining the military to spread benevolent doctrines of freedom and human rights, many are joining in order to carry out what they themselves apparently refer to as a “racial holy war” to fight non-white minorities and Jews. “I went into the Marine Corps for one specific reason: I would learn how shoot,’ former Marine T.J. Leyden, who openly supports neo-nazi groups and used to hang a giant swastika from his locker, told Reuters. “I also learned how to use C-4 [explosives], blow things up.”

Leyden and Wade Page, who shot up the Sikh temple, are not likely representative of most of the military, but their examples certainly poke holes in how Americans are supposed to feel about their brave men and women in uniform. Recent FBI investigations found that “Gang members have been reported in every branch of the U.S. military,” constituting “a significant criminal threat.” As of April 2011, the FBI has “identified members of at least 53 gangs whose members have served in or are affiliated with U.S. military,” including the Bloods, Crips, Latin Kings, MS-13, the Aryan Brotherhood, and many more.

Other ugly facts about those in the military, other than the fact that they make a commitment to kill on the orders of politicians in Washington, like the rampant sexual abuse taking place of late, tend to get in the way of Americans’ white-washed view of Washington’s freedom fighters. In 2008, an estimated 41 percent of all the women serving in the military were victims of sexual assault, a problem Rep. Jane Harman called “an epidemic.” In a January 2012 Pentagon report on “rape, sexual assault, and forcible sodomy” in the military, it was found that these crimes have increased 64 percent since 2006, although most of them go unreported. Sexual assault and rape are among the most derided crimes in society, but Americans seem to view criticizing soldiers or the army as a whole as a higher crime.

  1. It's hardly surprising that an organization which exists solely to carry out violence on behalf of the state attracts and employs a disproportionate number of sociopaths. In fact, I doubt one could find *any* contemporary or historical example of a professional military composed primarily of good, productive citizens. Those persons willing to kill strangers on command are generally not the best—or brightest—in a given society; but they're the lifeblood of armies, and a drag on their already bad character. Which is reason #18 for all decent folk to steer their children clear of the recruiters.

    1. I talked to one such person. While not a white supremacist by any stretch, this soldier (fairly middle rank I may add) was telling me how the rest of the 'capitalist world' looks up to us, and that we need to go after Venezuela or be involved in the Middle East, and never cut the military, ever. Also how we're the only hope for the whole world since, apprently, everyone has gone 'socialist'.

      Uh huh. Yeah.

We know the score: Violent incidents will be very few and far between, but our media – including, sadly, Anitwar.com – will help inflate a microscopic faction into full-blown crisis. Every once in awhile agents provocateurs will engineer a phony "terrorist" bust, rounding up shoeless-joe winos and drunken used-car salesmen. All of it will be grist for the anti-terror industry, evidently one of the few booming concerns out here.

    Maybe we can institute full-scale pogroms against those infected with "wrong thoughts". That will be fun. And that the military is riddled with gang-members proves only that our armed forces reflect our society at large. But by all means, let's hate these soldiers not for what they've done, but for who they are? What could be more bigoted – and so more human – than that?

  6. The headline and first portion of this posting is a good example of how the peace movement limits itself. We've complained about this before, but to focus on members of the diverse white American community in the headline and the first portion as potential rebels or terrorists is savagely misleading.

    This same kind of anti-white narrative is present at all peace marches and rallies, thus telling a whole lot of Americans that they are not welcome.

    Why the mix of racial bigotry with the peace movement? Beats us.

The reason it beats us is the confusion resultting from going from a hated white president sending urban black economic draftees to die in Vietnam to a beloved black president sending rural white economic volunteers to die in Afghanistan. I ran into quite a few members of anti-Communist militant groups back in the 1960s, but not one of them thought the Marines or Army could teach them anything more about guns and sharpshooting, although they had a high regard for Special Forces. Those guys were experts by the time they turned 12, they were hunters, and according to them, well trained in military tactics…fully ready to stop the Soviets in their tracks.

    It seems to me that the Neo-Nazi groups would kind of fall into this same mindset, no? For the type of warfare they want to do, they could better off train their own people, more efficiently, faster, and without the chickenshit of a military unit. Lord knows they have access to all kinds of weapons to train on.

    You didn´t see the Vietcong marching, but they trained their people well enough, operating from their caves and huts to get us out of their country. Al Qaeda is accused of having done all of those terrible things, and they are a bunch of guys training and operating from caves and mud huts, remember?

    So, what has me confused, totally confused, is why a bunch of undisciplined crazies would decide to spend a few years eating shit in an environment of maximum discipline just to learn to shoot a gun. It doesn´t make sense to me at all. I´d like to see someone interview some of these guys to get their opinion on this issue.

  10. This article is baloney. The so called 'White Supremacist Threat' is nowhere near as bad as this report claims (a report which sounds like it came directly out of the smear-manual of the SPLC). There have ALWAYS been miscreants of ALL types in the military. The military LOVES guys like these because they make great soldiers (and great cannon fodder). The military doesn't want anyone with a MIND who can REASON and smoke out FACT from 'BS.' And, "our" government has ALWAYS been genuflecting to the 'Zionists' in Israel, so that kind of shoots down that recruitment to supposedly "oppose ZOG." U.S. troops will be in the front lines of any war which Israel begins.

I have to wonder at the percentage of rapes/sexual assaults reported- not in the percentage, but in today's hyper-informed/twitterverse/facebook youth society why a woman would even consider joining the military with the knowledge that there was close to a 50/50 chance she'd be raped or sexually assaulted at least once in her enlistment? As a veteran myself, I well understand the attraction of service for many reasons ranging from simple job-hunting to an honest wish to serve- I saw it all while I was in- but given the growing trend of crimes against women in uniform these days, one would think that females in the service would be a dying breed by now.

    Maybe I'm just old-fashioned, but if you think there's a close to even chance you're going to be abused just by being in a certain place, it's probably a good idea not to go to that place. I won't for one second say the women who do join are asking for it, but they sure aren't doing themselves any favors by lining up to be the next visitor to the US version of Saddam's rape rooms.

    The only way to stop this is to remove the incentive- if there are no women in uniform, no women in uniform will be treated this way. I fully support a woman's choice to serve, but it's just not a good idea to do that until Johnny Rapesquad learns all over again what civilized behavior is.

    1. There has been some recent news about sexual harassment and rape in the military, but when I joined up, it wasn't something my recruiter mentioned. What he mentioned were the wonderful opportunities for education and travel, etc. Unfortunately, when reality struck, I did encounter attitudes like yours – sort of that any woman who joined up must have known and even wanted it…
