Ron Paul on Trump/Saudi Collusion: Laying Plans for More War in the Middle East

President Trump’s visit with the Saudi Crown Prince seemed to have gone very well yesterday. Despite being solidly behind Hillary in the campaign — at least in their donations to the Clinton Foundation — Saudi Arabia’s millions spent on lobbying in Washington seem to keep paying dividends. The two seemed to agree on Syria no-fly zones, on the Saudi war on Yemen, the need for a hard line toward Iran, and more. All the items on the Saudi agenda. But what about America first? We discuss in today’s Ron Paul Liberty Report:

  1. Ron got it right about it being anti-Iran, but that’s not all that complicated to figure out.
Then, just like Repubs do, Ron gets Dan to bring up Clinton. Ron needs to do some work to get over that. He’s into Raimondo’s tricks of alienating the left and that never works for those trying to push an antiwar agenda.
Then Ron suggests that the US doesn’t nitpick on Saudi civil liberties and on gender issues, and that’s all I could handle before I started to feel like puking. Hope I didn’t miss anything in the last 12 minutes?

  2. We may not be able to stop Trump in time to avoid another US led war in Korea but surely we can come together to stop Raimondo’s promotion of Trump which equals the promotion of war.

    1. “surely we can come together to stop Raimondo’s promotion of Trump”

No, you can’t. Raimondo doesn’t answer to you. Raimondo isn’t going to answer to you. No matter how many times you click your heels together and wish otherwise, you are not and never will be Raimondo’s boss.

      1. I said “we”. But what’s this all about now and why the attacking from you on my cause, which should be our common cause?

Or is it? Are you no longer on the side of changing Raimondo’s mind on Trump?

If we’re on opposite sides Thomas then make it clear and let’s be done with it. Telling me I’m clicking my heels together is demeaning to me but it doesn’t make any sense unless you are opposed to my main message on Raimondo.

I’ve never imagined myself as having any influence on Raimondo other than it’s been arranged to somehow prevent me from commenting on his articles. The point I tried to make which you don’t seem to appreciate is that “WE” as in, everyone on this board with common thoughts on Raimondo’s craziness can change his mind. And in fact, we can see that he’s often going on the defensive with abusive remarks directed at those such as comrade and some others.

I appreciate that you have a tenous situation as moderator here but that doesn’t seem to me to call for your insulting remarks against those who are opposing Raimondo.

Or whatever motivates you? You explain!

        1. “Are you no longer on the side of changing Raimondo’s mind on Trump?”

I’ve never been on the side of changing Raimondo’s mind on Trump. It’s been years since I’ve been on the side of changing Raimondo’s mind on anything.

But that’s irrelevant to the actual point here: You don’t get to control Raimondo. You don’t have to like it. That’s how it is whether you like it or not.

      2. As for something on topic here, Ron and Dan should listen to the Snowden video posted elsewhere on this site and the will be able to better understand the current situation with Trump. They would save themselves making too many wrong guesses on what’s happening.
