The NY Rep. finally says something reasonable, so the conservatives — led by the vile Liz Cheney — denounce her as treasonous.

  1. Just when I think I’m done with this statist little firecracker, she says something absolutely batshit crazy… And completely redeems herself!

    1. Your use of the term “little firecracker” to describe her leads me to believe you don’t take her very seriously at all. Whereas “thoughtful” meatheads like Paul Ryan are taken as serious policy wonks. Must be great being a woman, don’t you think?

      1. You wouldn’t know, but being trans, I would. Why don’t you step back on that presumptuous PC high horse of yours and giddy-up on back to Go-f**k-yourself Ranch.

BTW My longtime pet-name for Mr. Ryan has always been ‘Social Darwinist Beefcake.’ I’m an equal opportunity bitch. You have yourself an nice day now, ya here.

  2. Ah, I love the name recognition and nepotism in Washington these days – Liz Cheney, Sarah Huckabee Sanders (soon to be Arkansas governor, no doubt,) Jared Kusher – investment banker – crafting a Middle East peace plan…

And yes, let’s get rid of a useless vacuum of tax dollars, established in a hurry to make it look like “we’re doing something about the problem” domestically while blowing Afghanistan and Iraq to smithereens. I’m sure no one on this site likes the creepy, 1984-ish word “Homeland” in there either.

    1. Homeland Security was planned long before the 911 justification for it, much like the Orwellian War on Terror.
