Guess who wants to throw a bunch of money at the Ukraines to “rebuild”?
It will be a great way to expand into Europe and buy politicians.

China will need to pressure the U.S. A mere proposal will just fall on deaf ears. The U.S. wants this war, and it’s going to have to be pressured to stop it.
