US ships heading toward Gaza to build America’s food delivering pier are sputtering along at 10 to 15 knots. The USVA Gen. Frank Besson Jr. has been refueling in the Azores since Friday. Once underway it still has 5,000 miles to traverse before reaching destination. All other ships are behind the Besson, with 2 not having left the US yet.
With starvation rampant in Gaza, thanks to US enabling the Israeli genocide there, Uncle Sam sure is taking his sweet time creating infrastructure to deliver food aid. It won’t do much good even if completed since Israel blocks most aid in entering Gaza. Might be that our benevolent Uncle is giving Israel time to complete their genocidal ethnic cleansing so we can just pack up and go home.
If the US treated the Berliners being starved by the Russians in 1948 like they’re treating the Palestinians being starved by Israelis in Gaza, Berlin would have fallen to the Russkies pretty damn quick.

Northern Ireland is very pro-Palestinians. Please spare me, this is an insult to the starving innocent children….such a flip arrogant comment. They could easily tell the IDF to step aside for aid trucks and drop the food blockade, the don’t because they are on board with the genocide. Israel has been committing the ethnic cleansing of Palestinians and uses a certain amount of water from their homes to irrigate their farms. Now, Israel is committing genocide in Gaza with $US Tax. Biden says aid should get in and is trying to get it in Gaza but he continues to fund Israel’s military and economy.
He should cut off aid to Israel if he really disapproves of what it is doing. Trump says what he means, if he is the next president, he’ll say he approves of what Israel is doing and like Biden, he will continue to aid and abet Israel’s war crimes against humanity.
