Well, to start with, the Iron Dome doesn't engage long-range ballistic missiles. That's the job for David's Sling and Arrow.
Is that two different techs, David's Sling, and David's Arrow ? As a nerd-geek, the idea of it being "David's Sling-and-Arrow" would annoy me on, like, six levels.
