On the second part of today’s Ron Paul Liberty Report, Daniel McAdams explained HR9495. HR 9495 is supposed to be an “anti-terrorism” bill but it’s a direct attack on ALL independent media and non-profits, whether left-progressive, libertarian, or conservative!

Crikey! This is an excellent wake up call! Civil liberties and free speech!
I just read the section entitled "SEC. 4. Termination of tax-exempt status of terrorist supporting organizations.".
How is this a direct threat to anyone not making money off their Youtube channel? Brian Berletic doesn't monetize his stuff (not to mention he's in Thailand, not the US – don't know what his US tax status is – the US likes to collect taxes from any American anywhere for any reason).
I can't see how this is a "direct attack." Sure, the Secretary can "designate" anyone to be a "terrorist" or "terrorist financier" or "terrorist organization." That's been true since 9/11 if not before.
All this appears to be doing is removing tax-exempt status from such people – which, yes, could include people like Antiwar.com.
I literally can't see this as some massive NEW attack on "free speech." It's the same old, same old lie about someone, then impose fines or cut off their funding arbitrarily.
I call bullshit. Doesn't concern me at all since I haven't turned on paid subscriptions yet on my Substack.
Look, folks, Youtube is removing any anti-government voice as fast as they can. If you think "free speech" is something the US is going to tolerate any more, you're delusional. As I said before, they're no longer hiding the naked grab for dictatorial power and outright fascism.
As I also said, this stuff upsets people because they still think "America" is "the land of the free." It never was. And it certainly never was "the home of the brave."
If you want to be "brave", pick up a gun or a computer. Bitching and moaning isn't going to save you.
We'd be LUCKY if legislation ONLY destroyed 1/10th (a "decimation") of our freedoms.
