There [is] a significant threat to every aircraft landing in Libya, a danger which became apparent when surface to air missiles and launchers were found recently in the hands of a pro-Gaddafi cell hiding in the rebel-held city of Benghazi.
This seems to damage the Obama administration’s legal position that U.S. military engagement in Libya does not endanger our armed forces and falls short of true hostilities.
Stupid Gaddafi, should have known he was being set-up a long time ago. Sanctions were lifted but no long range missiles. If sucker Gaddafi was smart,he would have ordered/Built firing rocket missiles againist NATO fighter planes .
The oil M.E nations should stop selling oil to any NATO country, that will stop the invasions.
OH REALLY? We're just now figuring out that when faced with assault from the air, a ground-based force might actually be stocking up on- wonder of wonders- portable anti-aircraft missiles? NO WAY. I could have saved the intelligence community a few million dollars and told them what to expect when this whole thing began- but did they ask me? Did they even think to use common sense? OF COURSE NOT.
Why is it that we never, ever even try to put ourselves in our enemy's position to figure out what he's going to do? Why do we always assume our opponents are going to arm themselves and fight exactly the way we do? In this case, there's not much difference between IGNORANCE and ARROGANCE.

"Pro-Gaddafi?" Really? And they know this for certain how? Golly gee whiz, I wonder if maybe, just maybe, both sides in this internal conflict want both the U.S. and its NATO satraps out of Libya and are willing to use whatever weapons are at their disposal to make the invaders decide to do so. I can imagine that when (not IF) civil war in Amerika breaks out, (erstwhile?) Americans on both sides of the conflict will be united in their determination to rid their respective states and cities of any armed foreign invaders that decide to intervene (under a U.N. mandate, perhaps?), using whatever military-grade weapons happen to be at their disposal.
Risk is the potential that a chosen action or activity (including the choice of inaction) will lead to a loss (an undesirable outcome).
