In a major victory for Antiwar.com, free speech and journalism, a federal appeals court has ruled that the FBI must expunge surveillance memos that agents had drafted about the website’s co-founders Eric Garris and Justin Raimondo in the early years following the 9/11 attacks.
“It’s been a long fight and I’m glad we had an outcome that could might affect future FBI behavior,” said Garris, who runs Antiwar.com, based in the San Francisco Bay area. “I just wish Justin was still here to know that this has happened.”

Yes, but it just makes the agents of the State angrier. Every time they lose one, they mount a dozen more offensives against the people. What is needed is for the people to become aware of this en masse, and to defeat the State in every legal and political battle.
Many people did become aware . that’s why we have Trump . But Trump has proved to be only too human and can’t get the job done . It will take God himself .

I could not even imagine the elite deep state would have gone this far . To try to silence those that are against war . Garris says we have won a great victory . I don’t think we have won until the elite and the deep state are totally gone .
