While Trump’s State of the Union speech did not overly focus on foreign policy, what he did say would have been music to neocon and pro-empire ears. Trillions for the US military machine and plenty of new enemies to gear up to fight. Plenty of elections to interfere with. Is this “America first”? Watch today’s Ron Paul Liberty Report:

Yang’s 1000 dollars a month for everyone is socialism but is 900 dollars a month for self defense not socialism . They both are socialism and almost the same amount of money . Who going to pay for it ? well I suppose the same funds could fund either program .
Tell me more about this 900 dollars a month for self-defense. Never heard of it.
I’d guess he’s dividing the military budget by the number of employed Americans, but hey, that’s just a shot in the dark.
2.3 trillion dollars a year is about equal to 900 dollars a month for every one over 18 years old in this country . I know the pentagons budget is over 700 billion . I don’t know what additional military spending this author was including to get 2.3 trillion .might be a lot of research and development . And of course it might be total B.S what you so great at watching out for .
Ahhhhhh I see what you’re getting at – the term ‘self-defense.’ We all know it’s not really self-defense, but rather, a war budget. True, Ericsiverson used an incorrect term but it was also just ‘playing dumb’ on your part as there’s no way you didn’t know exactly what he was referring to, and rather than correct him, you simply pretended to know nothing, which is a character trait the neo-cons and Trump defenders enjoy employing, so, shame on you.
“America First” is yet another of Trump’s bullsh*t slogans, along with all of his “best ever,” “worst ever,” “the likes of which the world has never seen,” etc etc, just a bunch of hot air from a thin-skinned, spoiled, born-rich used-car salesman who surrounds himself with ‘yes men,’ and threatens violence and retribution upon those who disagree with him. In other words, fine Presidential material.
You are right . About our best president since maybe Harry Truman .
We all know plenty about Truman’s decisions, but I can only hope that if Twitter existed back in the mid 1940’s, that he would have been more restrained than referring to his political opponents as ‘enemies of America,’ but who knows. Some brave soul finally stood up to Joe McCarthy painting his foes as the enemy of America back in the 1950’s, but in this day and age, Trump’s slander seems to be unopposable, probably because it’s good for clickbait per the national media. Which, of course, he’s also slandered as hating America, or whatever.
