The biggest “tell” that this isn’t going very well for Ukraine is their need for a draft and the ever increasing penalties for evading it.
A shipment of more arms, that the West shares can’t continue endlessly at these levels, isn’t making the Ukraine cannonfodder anymore willing to continue this fight to a standstill.
Biden so wants to run as a “war Presidrnt” because it’s unpatriotic to question one (or ask them to run a full in the public campaign) that he does not give a crap about how many has to die to do so.
