  2. Who cares? He's not even President any more. Putin has already said Russia will not negotiate with him because he has no legal authority under Ukrainian law to negotiate anything.

    1. The US has been committing economic suicide for years. It spends way too much money on wars, aid to Ukraine and Israel and corporations.
      Putin may be dictatorial but he is a lot more sensible than Biden, Trump and many other people. He is moving Russia away from the Almighty Dollar.
