With the economy on life support, nonprofits like Antiwar.com are facing a downward trend in contributions – and we are really feeling the pinch. We have had to make significant cuts over the past year, and more may be in the pipeline – unless you help.

We've had to lay off nearly half of our very small staff, not the least of which was ending Antiwar.com Radio – one of our most popular features.

As donations began to fall, however, we had no choice – we had to make cuts. And, unless fundraising picks up, we may have to make yet more cuts in our coverage.

This is very bad for us, and for our readers. We've never enjoyed a level playing field in our battle against the War Party: they've always had the advantage of an unlimited budget, and routine access to the "mainstream" media. Now, however, the playing field has gotten a lot less even: we're fighting an uphill battle just to keep going.

We can't take more cutbacks this time around: it would mean the end of Antiwar.com as an effective antidote to the war propaganda we're subjected to 24/7. We've cut down to the bone, and there isn't any more to cut – so please, help preserve the antiwar movement's online presence. Make your tax-deductible donation today.
