Congressman
Ron Paul

Congressman Ron Paul (R-TX) is the leading opponent of American imperialism in Congress today. He was the first and most outspoken opponent of the Gulf War and of the latest military actions against Iraq and Serbia.

Congressman Paul not only opposes sending American troops to the Persian Gulf and Yugoslavia, he also supports removal of all sanctions against Iraq and Serbia. Paul suppports free trade, whether the issue is Canada or Cuba. Paul believes that protectionism leads to war, and free trade leads to peace.
